What we collect
We collect account email, name, contact details, travel choices and quote requests you provide. Do not enter passport details, payment card data or sensitive medical information in free-text fields.
Why we use it
We use your details to operate your account, respond to a requested quote and prepare travel documents. Necessary account and quote processing supports your request for pre-contractual services. Optional marketing requires separate consent and is not currently enabled.
Cookies & your choices
Essential identity cookies keep your account secure. Language and consent choices are stored on this device. Optional analytics and marketing are not currently loaded, regardless of your choice. Declining optional cookies does not prevent you from using the website.
Your choices and rights
Contact rodiagotravel@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, or to withdraw optional consent. You may contact your local data protection authority. We retain quote information only as necessary for the request and applicable obligations; request deletion for unused quotes.
Service providers
Hosting, account services and structured records are provided through Netlify. Your data may be processed outside your country. Supplier information is shared only when needed for an agreed booking. No card information is collected here.

This preliminary notice must be completed with the legal entity, registered address, precise retention periods and applicable transfer safeguards before commercial launch.
Guest quote access & transactional email
Guest requests store contact and trip details, messages and quote snapshots. Single-use access links expire after 24 hours; an essential secure session cookie lasts up to seven days. Access-token hashes are stored in Netlify Database. Transactional emails are sent through our configured SMTP provider, separately from optional marketing. Final provider, retention and international-transfer details must be completed before commercial launch.
